A fully programmable, 21-step logic microprocessor with nonvolatile memory provides a user interface through an alphanumeric LCD. All set points are adjustable by one multifunction interface keypad. Additional features include ramp soak, product and air temperature display, test deviation, power failure and sensor failure alarms, program password protection, door-ajar alarm, and humidity/temperature control.
